Suggest Treatment For Sticky Skin Syndrome

Hello. I have symptoms described online as sticky skin syndrome. My skin is sticky when damp, mostly on my upper body, neck and face, hands , and the soles of my feet. I can press a plastic cat food lid under my chin, and it will stick and hang there. In addition, my teeth never feel clean. I brush several times a day and have switched to all natural toothpaste.
This condition is described on line as rare and currently not familiar to mist doctors. Have you heard of it, and do you know of any treatments? Do you know if it is progressive? Thank you.
