Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Nausea

I think I ate some bad steak for dinner. I fell asleep afterwards but when I woke up my stomach started to hurt really bad. I went in my room to lay down but my stomach only got worse. I ran to the bathroom and rocked back and forth for a while and then my mouth started to water a lot so i sat with my head over the toilet until it stopped. I never threw up, but my stomach still hurts a little and my mouth is still watering a little. Would it make me feel better if I induce vomiting or should I just leave it alone until Im forced back into the bathroom?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might have got infection of the gastrointestinal tract and needs medical management.
I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole and Domperidone along with an antispasmodic like Drotaverine for relief from your symptoms.
Also get your stool examined and if the reports suggest infection, you should take an antibiotic along with an antiamoebic.
A clinical examination by your doctor will be more helpful in planning further medical management.
