Hi,

If the pain is not severe and no associated fever, constipation, loose stools or vomiting, we can wait for the time being. Give him Paracetamol for pain 2-3 times daily for 3 days. Avoid spicy food and have enough fluids. If no relief by the, we can take him to doctor for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
