I broke a vein inthe penis 7 years ago was catherized for 2 weeks and was told it would heal without further medical intervention. After 3 days the bleeding stopped and after the catheter was removed itwas fine except for unusual soreness if I (rarely) masturbated. Now here's the deal after 7 years of abstinence a found a wonderful woman and proposed marriage, happily she accepted. Wehave decided to wait until after the wedding before we consummate with axial intercourse. But we have progressed to heavy petting. Three weeks ago I was kissing her and was on top of her clothed but rubbing genitals. Afterwards I had substantial pain. Now the top of the penis is purple and quite tender, originally it was red like a major abrasion. I still have three tears to my foreskin on the underside each between 2-5 mm long one bled but has resolved bleeding but all are open wounds. Finally, there is a spot underneath on the previously broken vein which has formed a subdermal mass the size of a small pea. Each day I apply triple antibiotic ointment at least twice day butit doesn't appear to be working to well. What should I do? And is it normal for the penis to be 1 1/2 inches shorter when erect after the original injury? Thanks, Luke
