Suggest Treatment For Sunburn Having Blisters On Shin

i got a really bad sunburn on monday, i was at the beach for 6 hours, when i got home i realized the sunblock was expired. i couldnt move on tuesday my ankles and knees were pretty hard to move yesterday, my hands and feet are swollen, im having trouble breathing, im asthmatic, and now my legs are a purplish color and i have a blister on one shin, my back and stomach are both still pretty red and hurting. what should i do?
