Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Clitoris

I recently had a uti, I was prescribed the antibotic bactrim to treat my uti, after the 5 days of taking the medicine I was feeling better but the following day I could feel my clitoris getting larger and now it's twice as big with sharp pains. What is wrong with me?
