Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes , Headache And Dizziness

Hi i know someone who complaints of headache,sweating, lymph nodes swelling on the neck, feeling dizzy at times. She also has mild cough now and then. Complaints of freckles like discolouration/changes on her neck, face and legs. Chest X-ray findings: Suspicious Bilateral apical lung density. Initially she had fever but already resolved. No changes on appetite.
