Suggest Treatment For The Pain In Foot Followed By Soft Tissue Swelling

sir, while walking on the road,i slipped, got x-ray done, and it was reported as mild soft tissue swelling in the region of melboli.(foot).LFT is ok. random blood sugar, ok.serum cholesterol within range, ok. serum trigleceride 180 (normal 10-190 mg/dl), serum uric aci 6.23 (normal 1-8 mg/dl). This is all as per pathalogy test. now, the problem is : i still have pain in the foot. I cannot walk more than 2 kms. at a time. and all the more, i slip often on the road, i guess i remember its not less than 10 times in the past year. CAN U SUGGEST SOMETHING, whats the problem with my both

feet.
