Suggest Treatment For Tight Frenulum Of Penis

Hi, my frenulum on my penis tight, it prevents the foreskin from being fully retracted flat when erect. I am able to clean it fine without any pain, its just when erect it bunches up behind the head, its just a uncomfortable feeling of tightness if i stretch it back so the skin is flat, which then pulls the head downwards on the underside. Will this be ok during sex? aslong as plenty of lubrication is used?
