Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Odor

Hi im 22, about 5"5, weigh around 9, and have no medical history, or allergies. I have three children, my youngest 5 weeks old, and since having her i have had a really awful vaginal odour. I am really embarassed as i can smell it constantly. What can i do to get rid of it?
