HISTORY: ACCIDENT MAY 2010 sci COMPRESSION on cord at c 5-7 with myelitis Surgery Sept 22 2010. Ended up in ER 4 times march 25, left leg gave out, April 23, both hands paralyzed, May 5 severe headach and chest pains *plus weakness in hands and legs. may 13 severe headache and severe chest pains. April 23 c spin xray taken, saw doctor on april 26 she did not have xray report from ER. When i look at the different c spine xrays, the april one shows that the top set of screws at c5 are being pushed up and the vertebra looks like it is cracked. and it is pushing on the c4-5 disc by at least 1/2 .
