Suggest Treatment For Viral Laryngitis

hi, i'm a singer who caught viral laryngitis 7 days ago. at first it was just a terrible sore throat, but now it's turning into a terrible cold, with lots of sneezing, snot, phlegm, and coughing. meanwhile my throat is still rather sore. even though i haven't been talking at all, my voice is still completely gone and i'm worried that i somehow damaged it by coughing up all the phlegm. am i ever gonna get my voice back? or is it permanantly damaged?
