Suggest Treatment For Wart On Head With Hairloss

Hi, I had what my dermotoligist said was a wart on the sie of my head, but so many things happened all of a sudden. My hair all fell out, if you touch certain spots on my head, I get pain like like little needles are sticking me. I ith so bad and nothing I have taken has helped. He now hase me on a version of prednezone. But the needling is still there, if I sweat on my face it burns all around my hair line. I am going crazy, especially with the itching. Help
