Suggest Treatment For Warts In Children

Hi, I have a 4 yr old daughter who has warts on the back of her leg. She went to the doctor to have them frozen off and now they bleed and she said they itch really bad. I am also noticing more warts forming. Is there anyway to get rid of them. Is it ok if I put an antibacterial ointment on them?
