Suggest Treatment For Weakness,leg Pain And Low Blood Pressure

Hi , I am 24 yrs female and my B.P range is 85/70. I feel weak, my legs ache and I feel a little dizzy when I stand up after sitting for long. However, diziness is not a very regular sysmptom, but yes, I experience weakness, lethargy and legs pain continously. Please advice. Thanks.
