Hello my name is Jacob, I am a male aged 18 and am 168cm tall, I weigh about 62kg.
my medical history is fairly extensive but none of it would relate to my problem, but I shall explain briefly anyway. In my first year of life I had 7 UTIs, which raised concerns about my bladder. So for there has been no issues.

When i was 10 I had problems breathing through my nose, i had turbenectomy, tonsilectomy and someting to do with my agnoids. I also recieved septoplasty when i was 14, as I had a deviated septum that was not able to be corrected when i was 10. None of this surgery worked so the ENT reccomended I use Logicin long term.

This year I had a benign tumour removed from my femur just above my knee.


Well getting back to my problem. For as long as I can remember I have had some thick, white skin on my frenulum inside foreskin. It has been painfree, and I can acutally peel the white sutff off but it grows back again fairly quickly. Peeling is painful but when it is there it doesnt hurt. This problem hasn't affected me up until my 18th birthday a couple of weeks ago when i first started having intercourse. It is only slightly painful with the use of a condom, but as my girlfriend is on the pill we have tried unprotected sex but this hurts way to much.

If you know what this problem is and how i could fix it, I will be very grateful.
