Suggest Treatment Frequent Headache

Hi, im 22 years old and about 12 stone, i have headaches every day (my mum has suffered from these for many years so it might be inherited) but its worse when i lay down, my vision seems really weird its really clear but it seems im disorientated

i wear glasses 24.7 but the headache is still there when i take them off, i also worry about things all the time like im going to die or ive got a brain tumour, i used to take tablets al the time for my headaches and i try to just take 1 a day now so i dont know if its withdrawel headaches but like i said i can not have a headache but automatically get one when i lay down, help!
