If you have recently delivered a child and your child has feeding you should not be trying any drastic measures to loose weight,instead you should be taking healthy and nutritious diet,do regular exercise and do your domestic chores then you will definitely loose weight.Any time drastic reduction will be hazardous to your health.
As told earlier also you should be not be trying any drastic measures to loose weight,plan your diet carefully,take minimum 5-6 servings in a day,have habit something at 2-3 hourly intervals rather then have only 2 major meals.Drink lots of fluids daily which can includes soups,juices,butter milk as filler in between meals,do not forget to walk or exercise minimum 30min/day ,6 days a week,do not start with 30 minutes from day one,you can increase time gradually,i hope this answers your question.buy
Completely stop eating things like oil, ghee, cheese, cream, chocolate. Reduce salt in your diet by 50% and drink more water atleast 3liters.
Stop eating rice in the night and eat phulkas with the curries made out of bottle guard/cabbage/ridge guard/snake guard. Eat more vegetables and less cereals. That will automatically reduce weight.
