Treatment For Rosacea On Nose

I have "knots" that appear on my nose. I know I shouldn't squeeze, but they get bigger and throb. I pop them. Usually something white pops out, but it doesn't look like a white head. Then, clear fluid may seep. They also get bloody and I have had instances where they actually spray blood, over and over, if I put pressure on them. I mean spray. They are only on my nose. One dermatologist told me it was rosacia (sp?), but no med or anything helped.
