Trying To Conceive. Follicular Study Done. Taking Hormonal Injection. Chances Of Pregnancy?

i am 23, i am trying to concieve. i've undergone follicular study for 6 months. then for hormonal injection for 5days from my 6th day of periods. i got two eggs this month. my doctor said that the chance very high this time. my last month period date is 25th. now iam suffering from breast and nipple pain. pls tell me wtr i am pregnant r not
