What Are Causes And Cure For Lumbar Spondylitis?

Hi,I am 35 years of age around 5ft 6 inches and wieghing 87 kgs , I have been suffering a radiating pain in my hips somewhere in the middle, day before yesterday for the first time I have suffered pain on my left hip which was so severe that I cant even move I have gone to doctor and get X RAYS done I have been told that I am sumffering from Lumbar Spondolitys, need to understand what is all about in what way it will impact me,is it curable ,what are does and dont's,what are the probable causes.
