What Are The Long-term Complications And Lifetime Risks Associated With High Hyperopia And Astigmatism?

Hi, I would like to know what are the long-term complications of high hyperopia ? I have a correction of +16 on the 2 eyes with astigmatism of (-1) on the 2 eyes, my BCVA is 6/6, I would like to know about the lifetime risks associated with high hyperopia, I have simple microphtalmia, I do not have nanophtalmos, posterior microphtalmos or others malformations I am 25 Best regards
