What Are The Side Effects Of Pan-20 And Zerodol-p?

hello dr. 1 half year back i saffring from knee, pain i conclet the dr. through with blood test all they said aciditic problem now again i am getting pain in knee,back,abdomoin also little chest pain ,now i am taking pan-20, and zerodel p can i take those tabelts continue for 15 days?any side effects?
