General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Topamax is an anticonvulsant and antiepileptic drug. The dosage of the medicine depends on the medical condition and response to the treatment.

It looks like you are experiencing serious allergic reaction to the medicine you have been taking. Before the symptoms gets worse you are suggested to visit ER & take medical aid urgently.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
