hi, i m 37 years old and I m taking trenaxa MF, twice a day which contains tranexamic acip BP 500 mg, and mefenamic acid IP 250 mg for controlling of very heavy clotted bleeding for 1st three days. Periods are for 5 days and not more then that. Could you please let me know is it ok for taking during every period for the 1st three days and till how long will I have to take it. By regular intake for six months during those days will it control my bleeding or I ll have to take it forever. What are the side effects of this medicine.
