What Are The Side Effects Of Intra-articular Corticosteroid Injections?

46 year old male 210lbs muscular relatively fit. I have had 3 sets of intra articular corticosteroid injections in my spine over the last 3 years. I have come to recognise a pattern following these injections now which includes; Sore throat, dry mouth, hoarse voice, cramp in many places hands, legs, jaw, toes, ribs….. and so on, 20% loss of strength (heavy weight lifter so I can measure this) Potentially also experiencing minor heart irregularities though. The question is, is there a link between the injections and these symptoms, I understand oral corticosteroids can have effects on the potassium sodium balance but intra articular?
