What Are The Treatment And Side Effects Of PCOD?

I was diaganosed with PCOD from last 5 years,and under the treatment of a gynacologyst.I am 46kg weighs 5 years back and now am 90kg.I am doing regular exercisse and diet but my condition is vey dangeorus.I have irregular periods also and i am married 6months ago.Now we want a baby.so we consult a doctor 4months ago.She prescribes some tablets ,Glycomet 850,Primolute by the time onwards my weigtht is increasing 83- 90kg.Now she gave me ovaral-G or krimson -35 or Diane-35 for 6 months, these tablets are contraceptives.Then how come i get natural pregnent?Is their any sideeffects of taking this tablet for 6 monts.
