doctor ia m 39 years old pharma graduate and having sound knowledge of human anatomy physiology and the pharmacology of drugs. my problem is oligospermiea. i have taken all types of motility enhancers and sperm count enhancers but no way.there was a lump mass in both my testicles and often i felt pain and the size of testicle used to increase like a potatao. i thad taken azitromycin, widcef500. shown to surgeon, urologists with sonography. sonography suggests grade 1 vericocele. i have taken androgardian, andreol, siphen, etc. bt no result. there is sluggish motile and 98% non motle. active motile 0. please suggest me what to do now. Urologist suggested to take anti T.B drugs. Under his care i completed the course. now there is no pain in epididemis or in testicles. earlier if semen is not ejaculated for 4-5 days there wouldbe severe pain, which used to subside after ejaculation
