I ve looked up reasons why and some are saying its an early sign of lymphoma, and others are saying its just a block in the salivary gland. Either eay, I would love to know exactly what happened. Hi,

There is no relation between burger consumption and lymph node enlargement. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

It may be a throat infection or sinusitis or folliculitis etc.

So please get it done an ultrasound of neck and sialography. Carry your reports to your treating doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
