What Can Cause Abdominal Bloating And Pain Along With Diarrhea?

I have been having mild to severe stomach pain for the last 4 days, it gets worse when I eat. I am having a lot of gas and diarrhea as well. I am very bloated and sometimes the pain makes me feel like I am going to pass out. I do not have insurance and I am wondering if you know what this could possibly be? Thank you for your help.

Hi,

Pain in abdomen after having food may be due to gastritis or Peptic ulcer disease or irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance or malobsorption syndromes, etc. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid gluten and lactose contain food.

Use tablet Normaxine twice a day for five days. Take soft diet, regular exercise and plenty of liquid. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
