What Can Cause Burning Sensation In The Hands?

My 15 year old daughter is complaining that her hands feel like they are burning but there is no evidence of redness. She was helping out at a children s event today and was face painting, then went to her swim club. We are putting ice on it, but again, there is no evidence of any problem with the skin, = no redness or blisters. Any ideas what might be causing this. She s never experienced this before.

Hi,

A burning sensation may be an allergy to the paint or burning feet syndrome in pantothenic acid deficiency or scabies or diabetes etc.

You may apply Capsaicin cream on the palm. Use B complex vitamin supplements.

Please consult your physician/neurologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
