What Can Cause Constant Headaches?

for the past week I have had constant headaches, its a pain at the front of my head and it kind of pulses i sometimes feel sick with it but not always... i'm getting worried now after checking some websites and finding that it could be serious... it occurs from the moment i wake up feeling hungover until i go to sleep at night, any ideas what this could be?
