What Can Cause Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Bloating And Cramps?

hi. I had sex about 12 weeks ago and right after i had my period for a long time about 8 days. I haven’t had it since. I’m bloated everyday and feel sick and abdominals cramping on and off. I have taken 5 pregnancy tests and they have all been negative. What is wrong with me?
