OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,

The delay in periods even with the protected sex can be due to pregnancy caused by few sperms that are present in the precum. The delay in periods can be due to stress, anxiety or a hormonal disturbance if pregnancy is ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rakhi Tayal,
