What Can Cause Delayed Periods?

I had unprotected sex, my period is almost 3 weeks late, I have swollen and sore breasts, I get dizzy and nauseated, I am tired a lot and my mind has been all over the place but all pregnancy tests I took last week including a blood test came back negative..what's wrong with me?
