Hi,

It may be due to acid peptic disease or gastroesophageal reflux disease or ischemic heart disease.

First, you have to rule out non-cardiac causes of pain. Please get it done ECG and ECHO.

If it is non-cardiac origin means possibly GERD or herpes zoster or pleurisy or food intolerance etc.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol consumption, smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Pantoprazole.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
