What Can Cause Heavy Vaginal Bleeding While On A Birth Control Pill?

I am on birth control and have been using other contraception and I recently had heavy bleeding for two days and a off white small thing came out that was solid and was wondering what it could be it wasn’t see through either. Then the blood slowed down and it was barely anything. Do you have any idea what it could be

Hello,

Slight menstrual irregularities including heavy bleeding can happen with birth control pills. Nothing much to worry and most of them will settle by themselves.
As of now you can take drugs like Tranexemic acid or Ethamsylate to control bleeding.If symptoms persist, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
