What Can Cause Pain And Muscle Cramps Below The Elbows And Fingers?

I have been having some pains in my elbow and on occasion in my little fingers that seem worse when I put pressure on the elbow. During the day the pain is not as bad but in the night I wake in excruciating pain and muscle type cramps in the forearm. I have been icing up . this all started about a month ago and seems to have gotten worse with time.
