What Can Cause Shrinking Of My Penis?

Hi, my penis is getting shrunk to a very small size, with the skin completely folding. This happens almost at all times, whenever I check my penis size, its too small. I dont have problem in ejaculation and its upto its original height when erect. Will further ejaculation cause more problems to my sexual life ? Please suggest. Thanks a lot in advance, Doctor.
