What Can Cause Swelling From The Knees To The Ankles?
Last Sunday, I had swelling from my knee to ankle. After I went to sleep and woke up the next morning, the swelling went to my ankle and foot. My doctor gave me a sonogram of my leg and it was normal. What do you think is causing this swelling for the whole week?

It can be a non specific edema, probable causes are hypoalbuminemia, kidney disease.
Long standing hypertension can also cause similar symptoms.
