What Can Cause Tiny Red Dots On Skin?

Hi Doctor, i am 38 years old, male. I discovered that i have tiny red dots on my skin, especially on arms, some on legs, neck, chest. They are not itchy, no pain. When i squeeze it, i could see accumulation of some blood. May i know what is this disease ? Thank you in advance.
