What Can Pain In Left Breast And Swollen Nodes Under Arm Imply?

I woke up with severe pain on the side of my left breast, and I always have swollen nodes under my arm, sometimes they hurt as well, but this was very severe, lasted for about 15 minutes and went away. Could this be breast related or something else? Also, I do have Sjogren's disease.
