What Cause Pain In Back, Neck, Hips And Hands?

I am 48 years old and was severely burned in a fire and burned my right hand and right knee. Some after that I started haveing terrible pain on my upper back shoulders and arms, after2 years of seeing different doctors I had a catheritation and I was diagnosed with vascular spasms, and coded. That is when they finally believed me. I am on like 5 heart meds, and have to take nitro several times a day. I have recently started having pain in my back, neck hips hands headaches, just feels like everyday something hurts. They did blood test and said the kidney test came back borderline,
