What Causes RBC In Urine?

hello sir i m 27 year old and had burning sensation while urination and also found my urie to smell a bit and cloudy so got MSU tested and found my pus cells to be 1-2 HPF and rbc 6-8 hpf .. i am really concerned about increasd rbc . i got my urine test an year ago and found same amount of rbc s so got my urine tested ad consulted a doctor and he put me on cardase 5mg saying that i might have iga nephropathy .. sr do you mind guiding me please .TANK YOU SIR

Hi,

Frequent urinary tract irritation, burning sensation within very short duration with multiple episodes need proper evaluation with a urologist. But you got this problem nearly one year back and 6-8 RBC cells need to be reassessed after your medication.

Kindly repeat urine routine after one week correlate the report with your symptoms.
