What Causes A Delayed Period With Stuffy Nose?

My last period started on July 28 and lasted around 5 days. Although I have always been irregular, never a complete month late. I have been experiencing an excess amount of saliva, constantly spitting out a mouth full of slimy spit. I am breaking out on my face ( which never happens). And my nose just recently( a week ago) started to get stuffy, runny, especially at night. could i be pregnant ? I have no nausea, unless i make my self believe that I'm pregnant. I have no breast tenderness or darkening of the areola. I do find myself peeing a lot, but that could just be due to me drinking a lot of fluid.
