What Causes A Hard Labia Lump With Blood, Fluid And Discoloration?

i have a small hard lump on my right labia, right on the inner edge. it didn t hurt, just seemed like a pimple, but different from any of the ingrown hairs I have had. When I squeezed it, the top became reddish purple, filled with blood, and only blood and some clear fluid came out. No pus and no ingrown hair. Now it has kind of a hole on the top, but is still reddish purple. I am sexually active, but I have only had one partner for the past year. Does it sound like syphilis? Thanks
