I have been having frequent but normal looking bowel movements. i usually go every 3-5 days but have gone that alone daily lately. I also have loss of appetite feel feverish dazed and confused and lower abdominal pain and discomfort. My stomache is sensitive to the touch and its almost like my insides are raw. If you have any ideas please let me know.
Many causes for loss of appetite like acute febrile illness, liver, gallbladder problems, urinary tract infection etcetera. Chronic loss of appetite is maybe due to malignancy, tuberculosis or retroviral diseases etcetera.
Use tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
