What Causes A Stinging Sensation On Back And Stomach When Sweating?

Im in the military and while I work I wear alot of gear and when I sweat I start getting this stinging sencation on my back and stomach it happens like ever 30 seconds for only a few seconds of pain as soon as I get home and change it does not happen y does this happen
