What Causes Abdomen And Pelvic Pains?

hi well i went to the doctor and took an blood test and they said that i wasn't pregnant and i took an urine test and it came out negative and its been like a month since that was done and i keep having so many stomach back and pelvic pains what should i do??

and not to mention it feelslike cramps.....
