For the last couple days my stomach feels full and bloated. And uncomfortable. But mostly when I stand up or am walking. It s not keeping me from doing things but I don t feel good. A little bit of loose stool. Achy from time to time. Slight headache,

It is possible that you may have a mild viral infection present. This would cause the bloating, discomfort, aching sensation and headaches.

You can consider doing the following: (1) fluids and rest
(2)paracetamol to help with the pain
(3)pepcid or zantac may help with the bloating

If the symptoms worsen then it would be best to see your doctor for an assessment.
